Product Review
Product reviews can be submitted HERE via the order page within 30 days after your order has been marked as shipped. All reviews are moderated for publication on our website. Each approved review will be awarded a gift code.
Complimentary gifts with purchase
These come complimentary with orders if we are promoting or if there is a special occasion etc. These gift(s) are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

VBU owns all intellectual property rights in the content of the Site. You may not exploit any such content without prior permission.
Indemnities

Returns
Details on returns and exchanges can be found on our website, HERE. All postage charges involved in return and exchange procedures will be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to reject return requests for unsatisfactory items.
Incorrect items Received
If you receive incorrect items, contact us at contactus@viryabyurbi.com with your order details and an image. We may advise you to return the item(s), with postage reimbursed via store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
Delivery
Delivery costs and timeframes are communicated on our website. Other than that, unsuccessful delivery may require additional charges for re-delivery.
Shipping & Orders
Orders unable to be fulfilled will be refunded via e-gift card. Responsibility for products transfers to you upon delivery.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason without prior notice. All provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination.
