Sarongs are used for most imaginable purposes ever. It's a piece of clothing, a shield, a towel, a swim cover up, sometimes a baby blanket, a scarf, a make-shift dress. You name it, the sarong can do it!

The fabric is cool, flowy, quick-drying and very absorbent. Avisa specializes in 100% cotton, hand-blocked printed sarongs that are usually 44x72 inches in size. In this light-weight block printed fabric, the process of printing is done by means of wooden blocks. This method is perhaps the earliest, simplest and slowest of all methods of textile printing. So each piece in itself is a treasure.
