Return & Exchanges Policies

What all are eligible for returns or exchanges?

• Returns are not possible at the moment.
• Exchanges are applicable on clothes, sarongs, active wear and accessories.

We will not exchange.

• swimsuits and silver jewelery and similar

Products to be exchanged have to be in their original condition, not washed or altered. Tags have to be intact. We will inspect the garment and once ensured they are in pristine condition will go ahead with the exchange.

How to return?

• To exchange a product please email us at contactus@viryabyurbi.com with EXCHANGE and your ORDER NUMBER as the subject line. A small fee of $3.99 will be charged for every order to be exchanged. This fee will be deducted from the store credits that will be reverted back to you.
